Personal Fitness Training

My personal training package is for women. I cater to women’s different stages of their lives with the empahasis on body positive message. All my training will include pilates and functional strength training.

  • Adolescents – Educating them in health, nutrition and fitness
  • Pre and Post natal – Strength training, pelvic floor strengthening, stress relieve are the cornerstone of my training with you
  • Peri to Post menopausal – Bone health, effective exercise strategies, and breathing better are some of the benefits of exercising at this stage.

Throughout the training with you, I will include fitness nutrition coaching where possible and will create accountability. After an initial consultation we will discuss your wants and needs.

Training can be done in your home or outdoors.
