While personal trainers focus mostly on exercise, Fitness by Design goes beyond personal training. Looking at the big picture, working with clients to develop health and fitness programs by discovering the obstacles that stand in the way of success. Empowering and giving every woman the space to make all of the decisions she wants about her body and her life — including changing her aesthetics — without judgment is what I do best. I love helping people build their self-esteem by adopting a wholesome lifestyle involving exercise and nutrition.
